Your holiday villa provides
The house has a total of 90 square meters of floor space. The owners use it as a winter home for themselves so the villa provides a degree of comfort not usually found in rented property.
|
The ground floor includes a living-room with an open fireplace, and a dining-room with an attached open-plan kitchen. There is also a bathroom with a bath-tub, a separate shower and a WC.
On the top floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, and a second bathroom with a shower, a WC and a bidet. From here one also has access to the roof terrace.
In front of the living-room there is a partly roofed terrace with garden furniture.

The 28 square meters swimming pool is framed by the terrace and equipped with a counter current flow system.
In the eastward direction the terraced gardens with natural stone walls, flowers and ornamental plants run down the slope.
Sunshades, deck chairs and other garden furniture are available, and there is also an outdoor shower and a barbecue.
